4.\nAGREEMENT - CONSULTING SERVICES FOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION REGULATORY\nTRIENNIAL PASSENGER MILES TRAVELED STUDY\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Precision Material Management, LLC to\nconduct the studies identified in the report in an amount not to exceed $53,100 from July 1, 2025 through\nAugust 31, 2026; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of\nthe City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1120-10
