5.\nRESOLUTION NO. 25-19 - APPROVING A STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF\nSERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 25-19, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK APPROVING A STANDARD AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA HIGHSPEED RAIL AUTHORITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT; and\nb. approve the Standard Agreement with the California High-Speed Rail Authority for\nReimbursement of services rendered, in the amounts of $100,000 for the first year and\n$45,000 the second year; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and\nany amendments, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1102
