19. A MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAFE USA, INC. FOR CITYWIDE CRACK\nSEALING SERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute a Maintenance\nServices Agreement with Safe USA, Inc., of Ontario, California, for citywide crack sealing\nservices. The agreement shall have an initial term of three (3) years, with a total amount notto-exceed $396,000, and may include up to two (2) additional one-year extensions, for a total\ncontract amount not-to-exceed $681,000 over a maximum term of five (5) years.
