17. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CAN/AM\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR CASHIERING SERVICES-ARC CHAMELEON TELLER INTEGRATION\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Can/Am Technologies, Inc., to provide enterprise\ncashiering software, licensing, and support services for the integration of the Animal Resource\nCenter of the Inland Empire (ARC) Chameleon Teller system in the amount of $23,530\nincreasing the not-to-exceed contract amount to $570,680 and extend the agreement term by\none year.
