A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLACEWORKS, INC., TO PROVIDE\nPLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A GENERAL PLAN\nAMENDMENT (TECHNICAL AMENDMENT) TO THE ONTARIO PLAN\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith PlaceWorks, Inc., of Santa Ana, in the amount of $183,740, plus an 8% contingency of\n$14,699, for a total authorized expenditure of $198,439 to prepare a technical amendment to\nThe Ontario Plan Policy Plan (General Plan) and an Addendum to The Ontario Plan (2050)\nSupplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) to streamline future development and\ncomply with legislative mandates.
