AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL OF THE CITY'S ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SOFTWARE,\nWORKDAY, INC.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the renewal to the\nMaster Subscription Agreement (MSA) with Workday, Inc. of Pleasanton, CA, for licensing and\nmaintenance, for a total amount of $12,931,493. Additionally, authorize a 15% contingency\namount of $1,939,724 to accommodate annual renewals for two testing and development\nenvironments, as well as any unforeseen modules. The total authorization for this agreement\namounts to $14,871,217 over a ten-year term.
