12.\nAnimal Shelter Operational Review Draft Report\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council\n1. Receives and files the draft Operational Review of the Town’s\nAnimal Shelter operations.\n2. Provides input and direction as desired.\n3. Establishes a standing committee of the Town Council for Animal\nCare and Control and identify and appoint two council members to\nserve on the committee.\n4. Direct staff to return to the Town Council with proposed budget\namendments\nrequired\nto\nimplement\nthe\nimmediate\nrecommendations as directed by the Town Council.\n5. Direct staff to propose and negotiate required changes to the\nexisting Shelter Services agreement with the County to implement\nimmediate recommendations as directed by the Town Council.
