16. A MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TOWO ENTERPRISE, INC. FOR CITYWIDE\nCONCRETE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Maintenance\nServices Agreement with Towo Enterprise, Inc., of Fullerton, California, for citywide concrete\nrepair and maintenance services. The agreement shall have an initial term of three (3) years,\nwith a total amount not-to-exceed $4,065,000, and may include up to two (2) additional oneyear extensions, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $6,775,000 over a maximum term\nof five (5) years.
