14. AN AMENDMENT TO THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CAL BUILDING\nSYSTEMS, INC. FOR SPRINKLER AND HOOD SUPPRESSION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR\nSERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 3\nto the Maintenance Services Agreement with Cal Building Systems, Inc., of Yorba Linda,\nCalifornia, for sprinkler and hood suppression maintenance and repair services in the amount\nof $40,000. This amendment increases the contract amount from $236,221 to $276,221 and\nraises the total authorized not-to-exceed amount from $266,221 to $306,221.
