AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RONALD IVIE FOR\nBROADBAND STRATEGY, DEVELOPMENT, AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Ronald Ivie to increase the authorized contract\namount by $180,000, for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $1,260,000.
