A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLACEWORKS, INC., TO PROVIDE\nPLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A GENERAL PLAN\nAMENDMENT (POLICY PLAN AMENDMENT) TO THE ONTARIO PLAN\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith PlaceWorks, Inc., of Santa Ana, in the amount of $1,083,809, plus a 10% contingency of\n$108,381, for a total authorized expenditure of $1,192,190 to prepare an amendment to The\nOntario Plan Policy Plan (General Plan) and a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIR)\nto streamline future development and comply with legislative mandates.
