Award a bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with American Forensic Nurses, Inc. for forensic phlebotomy\nservices in a total not­to­exceed amount of $150,000 through June 30, 2030;\nand\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual purchase orders against\nthe agreements.
