11.2\nFirst Reading and Ordinance Introduction for Annexation No. 26, Menifee Vista, into\nCommunity Facilities District 2017­1, Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution calling an election to annex territory, including Assessor’s\nParcel No. 330­230­023, associated with Tentative Tract Map 38128, Menifee\nVista, located north of Rouse Road between Valley Boulevard and Byers Road,\ninto City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017­1\n(Maintenance Services) and to levy a special tax on that land; and\n2. Hold a special landowner election and canvass the election; and\n3. Adopt a resolution declaring results of special landowner election; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance, amending the Ordinance No. 2017­231 and levying and\napportioning the special tax in CFD 2017­1.
