11.1\nFirst Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance for the Proposed Formation of\nCommunity Facilities District 20251, Menifee Vista\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution establishing Community Facilities District 20251, Menifee\nVista, of the City of Menifee (“CFD 20251” or “CFD”), located north of Rouse\nRoad between Valley Boulevard and Byers Road, and calling an election; and\n2. Adopt a resolution determining the necessity to incur bonded indebtedness for\nCFD 20251 and calling an election; and\n3. Adopt a resolution certifying election results for CFD 20251; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance authorizing the levy of special taxes within CFD 20251.
