Hold a special landowner election and canvass the election; and\n3. Adopt a resolution declaring results of special landowner election; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance, amending the Ordinance No. 2017­231 and levying and\napportioning the special tax in CFD 2017­1.\n11.3\n2024 Delinquent Solid Waste Accounts for Collection on Riverside County’s Property\nTax Roll\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve the Solid Waste Delinquent Report from Waste Management, Inc.\nlisting the 2024 delinquent solid waste accounts for placement on the Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2025/2026 County of Riverside property tax roll for collections; and\n2. Adopt a resolution authorizing the collection of delinquent solid waste charges\non the annual property tax roll; and\n3.
