Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of special tax bonds and the\nexecution and delivery of bond documents in connection with Community\nFacilities District 2022­2, McLaughlin Village, located on the southeast corner of\nMcLaughlin Road and Sun City Boulevard, directly adjacent to the Interstate 215\nfreeway; and\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to establish the necessary revenue and\nexpenditure budgets and corresponding appropriations for the bond issuance.
