10.7\nSide Letter of Agreement with the Menifee City Employees’ Association Professional\nUnit\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Side Letter of Agreement\nwith the Menifee City Employees’ Association (MCEA) Professional Unit,\nremoving the Assistant City Clerk from the Professional Unit and designating\nthe position as a confidential position; and\n2. Adopt a resolution amending the salary and benefits of unrepresented\nconfidential employees to include the Assistant City Clerk position.
