City Manager’s Proposed Fiscal Year 2025/26 Operating Budget & FY 2026­2030\nCapital Improvement Program (All Wards) Pg. 22\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino:\n1. Conduct the Public Hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2025/26 Operating\nBudget and 2025/26­2029/30 Capital Improvement Plan; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025­298 approving the City of San Bernardino’s\nFiscal Year 2025/26 Operating Budget and 2025/26­2029/30 Capital\nImprovement Plan; and\n3. Approve the reallocation of General Fund expenses to the Gas Tax fund, as\nreflected in the FY 2025/26 Proposed Budget; and
