The City Manager to execute a contract with the County of San Bernardino\nfor the acceptance of $562,500 from the County Board of Supervisors, for\nthe purchase of 75% of Unmanned Aerial Systems and equipment for a\nDrone First Responder Program.\n2. The Director of Finance and Management Services to amend the FY\n2025/26 operating budget for the amount of $562,500 in both revenue and\nexpenditures.

Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Alarm Program System LLC for\nAlarm Permit and False Alarm Management Services (All Wards) Pg. 814\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California,\nauthorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Alarm\nProgram Systems LLC to provide alarm registration and false alarm management services\nfor a term beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend for two\nadditional years.

Resolutions Adopting List of Projects under SB1 2025/2026 Road Maintenance\nProgram, Recording Supplemental Appropriations in the amount of $7,352,750.90 (All\nWards) Pg. 846\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia,\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025­306 approving the Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation proposed project list for submittal to\nthe California\nTransportation Commission and adopting a list of projects for Fiscal Year\n2025/26 to be funded by Senate Bill 1: Road Repair and Accountability Act\nof 2017; and\nPage 6\n2. Adopt Resolution 2025­304 authorizing the Director of Finance and\nManagement Services to amend the FY 2024/25 CIP Budget with an\nadditional $653,153.88 for the San Bernardino Animal Shelter\nImprovements Project using the Measure S fund balance.; and\n2. Amendment No. 1 to Progressive Design Build Contract with Tilden­Coil\nConstructors for the California Theater Improvements Project increasing the total\namount by $1,747,404 (Ward 1) Pg. 928\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia adopt Resolution 2025­305:\n1. Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Progressive Design­Build Contract\nwith Tilden­Coil Constructors, Inc. in the amount of $1,747,404 for the\nCalifornia Theater Improvements (Project); and\n2. Authorizing the Director of Finance and Management Services to amend\nthe FY 2024/25 Capital Improvement Plan budget with an additional\nPage 7\n$960,255 from the Cultural Development Fund for the project; and\n3. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents with\nTilden­Coil Constructors; and\n4.
