Approve the 2025 Fireworks Regulatory Fee Rate or Adopt an Urgency Ordinance\nestablishing a OneYear Moratorium on the Sale and Use of Safe and Sane\nFireworks for FY202526 (All Wards) Pg. 502\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025301 setting the 2025 Regulatory Fee Rate of\n10% for the sale of "safe and sane" fireworks in the City; or\n2. Rescind the approval of the Construction Agreement awarded to Matich\nCorporation on May 7, 2025, in the of $4,750,755.00 for the Pavement\nRehabilitation at Fourteen Locations (Project); and\n2. Approve the award of the Construction Agreement awarded to Matich\nCorporation, in the of $4,750,755.00 for the Pavement Rehabilitation at\nFourteen Locations (Project); and\n3. Authorize the project construction, construction contingencies, construction\nmanagement, staff administrative costs, and independent soil and\npavement testing, in the total amount of $1,500,000 for construction of the\nproject; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents with\nMatich Corporation; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager or designee to expend the contingency fund, if\nnecessary to complete the project.\n8. Approve a Vendor Services Agreement (VSA) with Sehi Computer Products in an\namount not to exceed $132,352.35, to expand fiber optic capabilities at the City of San\nBernardino Police Department (All Wards) Pg. 637\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith Sehi Computer Products for the procurement of fiber optic hardware\nand installation services;\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance & Management Services, or their\ndesignee, to issue a purchase order to Sehi Computer Products in an\namount not to exceed $132,352.35.
