City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a Public 25-800\nWorks Agreement (PWA) with IES Communications, in the\namount of $209,775, to replace and upgrade the lighting\nand related technology in the City Council Chambers; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
