F.\n\nAmendment No. 1 for Extension of Time to Funding Agreement with Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the 1st-RigginPotrero Grande Corridor Project On November 8, 2022, the City Council\napproved entering into a joint Funding Agreement with the Los Angeles\nCounty Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the 1st-Riggin-Portrero\nGrande Corridor Project. Due to unforeseen delays, Amendment No. 1 is\nproposed to amend the three-year funding program from FY 2021-2024 to\nFY 2023-2026. The proposed amendment reflects the changes in the\nProject schedule and programming of funds.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to\n\nexecute Amendment No. 1 to the Funding Agreement No.\n9200000000MATC1103 with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation\nAuthority for the 1st-Riggin-Portrero Grande Corridor Project.\nStaff Report
