7.\nApprove the Delegated Maintenance Agreement with the State of California Department of\nTransportation (State) which identifies specific mission-critical maintenance services to be\nperformed on and around the State right of way within the City’s jurisdictional limits; authorize the\nDirector of Public Works to execute the agreement and related documents, including any\namendments, and to take any and all actions as are necessary to implement and administer the\nagreement; and determine that the projects to be performed under the agreement shall be\ncategorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15308 of Title 14 of\nthe California Code of Regulations.
