12.\nApprove a Lease Agreement, in substantial form, with The Chrysalis Center dba Chrysalis to\nprovide office and program space at 290 South Anaheim Boulevard at no cost, in exchange for\nproviding workforce development services and a commercial corridor cleaning pilot program, for a\ntwo year term commencing July 1, 2025 through July 1, 2027, with an option to extend the lease\nfor up to one additional one year term; authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially\nchange the terms and conditions of the agreement, as determined by the City Attorney’s Office;\nand authorize the Economic Development Director to execute and implement the terms of the\nagreement.\nApprove an Operating Agreement, in substantial form, with The Chrysalis Center dba Chrysalis\nfor purposes of implementing the commercial corridor cleaning pilot program, for a two year term\ncommencing July 1, 2025 through July 1, 2027, with an option to extend for up to one additional\none year term; authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and\nconditions of the agreement, as determined by the City Attorney’s Office; and authorize the\nEconomic Development Director to execute and implement the terms of the agreement.
