11.\nApprove a License Agreement with Higher Ground Youth and Family Services Inc. to use a\nportion of Lincoln Park, located at 1535 E. Broadway, to provide services to children and families\nfor a seven year term, and authorize the Director of Community Services, or designee, to execute\nand administer the agreement.
