9.\nApprove an agreement with Allison A. Martin, dba Blueblossom Consulting, in an annual amount\nnot to exceed $90,000 plus a 10% contingency for as-needed extra services, for educational\nconsulting services for the Sustainability Education Center for a three year term with two one-year\noptional extensions; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to execute\nthe agreement and related documents, including any cost-neutral amendments of the agreement\nand any documents contemplated by the agreement, and to take the necessary or advisable\nactions to implement, fund, and administer the agreement.\n4\nJune 10, 2025
