Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 21-2018 with West Coast\nArborists Inc. to cover the cost of $45,000 for emergency tree removal\nservices and to exercise the second of two (2) one-year option extensions\nfor tree maintenance services for an annual amount of $455,000 for FY\n2025-26, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $500,000;\n2. Approve the appropriation and payment of $45,000 in Landscape and\nLighting Assessment District Funds (Fund 230) to Account No.\n230.40.4030-54500, for emergency tree removal services in fiscal year (FY)\n2024-25; and\n3.
