Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 23-71, in a form approved by\nthe General Counsel and authorize the Executive Director to execute\nAmendment No. 4 for a not-to-exceed amount of $13,100;\n2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 4 in a form\napproved by the General Counsel; and\n6-10-2025 Agenda City Council\n3.
