9.\nAmendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 24-2409 with\nIMEG Consultants, Corp. for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning at\nRivera Park and Pico Park Gymnasiums Project-CIP No. 50069.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 242409 with IMEG Consultants Corp. (IMEG) for an additional amount of\n$43,325, increasing the total contract amount not-to-exceed $182,700 to\nprovide design services for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning\n(HVAC) at Rivera Park and Pico Park Gymnasiums, CIP No. 50069 Project\n(Project);\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1\nin a form approved by the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed of $27,405 (approximately 15% of the\ntotal contract amount) for unforeseen design and technical constructionsupport contingency.\nAgreement No. 24-2409-1
