8.\nOn-Call Panel for Lobbying, Advocacy and Grant Support Services.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to amend, as needed, the professional service\nagreements with Actum, LLC, Kiley & Associates, MNS Engineering, Ollin\nStrategies, Thorn Run Partners, and Townsend Public Affairs for on-call\nlobbying, advocacy and grant support services. The cumulative total of all\n6-10-2025 Agenda City Council\nagreements may be increased by up to $350,000, for a revised not-toexceed amount of $600,000, to support task-specific projects assigned\nthrough the panel of on-call consultants.
