Introduce an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE\nANNUAL STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION FEE FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025-26" waive reading of the text and consent to read by title only, as listed\non the agenda, and pass to second reading.\n2.\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-26 ANNUAL LEVY FOR OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION\nDISTRICT - As required by state law, staff presents for City Council’s consideration the\nFinal Engineer’s Report for the Open Space Preservation District and requests approval\nto provide the Los Angeles County Assessor necessary data for the assessments to appear\non the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Property Tax Rolls.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council conduct a public hearing regarding the adoption of a resolution approving\nthe Engineer’s Report for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 annual levy of assessments for the\nOpen Space Preservation District.
