6.\nFINANCE COMMITTEE: JOINT ACTION ADOPT THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 INVESTMENT POLICY AND INVESTMENT STRATEGY\n(Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council and the Successor Agency to the Pasadena Community Development\nCommission:\n(1)\nFind that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as\ndefined in Section 21065 of CEQA and Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and as\nsuch, no environmental document pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and\n(2)\nAdopt the City Treasurer’s recommended Investment Policy and Investment Strategy for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (FY 2025-2026).
