C.\n\nProfessional Services Agreement for Public Works Department City Engineering,\nTraffic Engineering, and Inspection Services The City’s existing agreement with\n\nTranstech Engineers, Inc., for engineering services is set to expire on June 30,\n2025. To continue providing critical engineering support for the City’s Capital\nImprovement Program and day-to-day operations, a Request for Proposals (RFP)\nwas issued on April 24, 2025. Five proposals were received and evaluated based\non qualifications, experience, staffing, and cost. Transtech Engineers, Inc.\nreceived the highest overall score and was determined to be the most qualified\nand cost-effective firm.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a\nProfessional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc., to provide General\nEngineering, Traffic Engineering, and Inspection Services in an amount not-to-exceed\n$482,000 per year, for a term of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to two (2)\none-year extensions.\nStaff Report & Attachment A\nAttachment B - Transtech Engineers, Inc.
