C.\n\nSecond Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 1029 - Adopting the Updated Fire\nHazard Severity Zones Map as Recommended by the State Fire Marshal and\nImplementing Regulations for Fire Hazard Severity Zones Pursuant to\nGovernment Code Sections 51178, 51179 & 51182 On May 13, 2025, the City\nCouncil of the City of Rosemead conducted a public hearing and introduced for\nfirst reading, by title only, Ordinance No. 1029, adopting the updated fire hazard\nseverity zones map as recommended by the state fire marshal and implementing\nregulations for fire hazard severity zones pursuant to Government Code Sections\n51178, 51179 & 51182.
