F.\n\nAmendment No. 1 for Extension of Time to Funding Agreement with Los Angeles\nCounty Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the 1st-Riggin-Potrero Grande\nCorridor Project On November 8, 2022, the City Council approved entering into a\njoint Funding Agreement with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority for the 1st-Riggin-Portrero Grande Corridor Project. Due\nto unforeseen delays, Amendment No. 1 is proposed to amend the three-year\nfunding program from FY 2021-2024 to FY 2023-2026. The proposed amendment\nreflects the changes in the Project schedule and programming of funds.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Funding Agreement No. 9200000000MATC1103 with Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the 1st-Riggin-Portrero Grande\nCorridor Project.\nStaff Report
