Resolution No. 9856, Approving, Authorizing and Directing the Execution of the Joint\nExercise of Powers Agreement Relating to Membership in the Gateway Cities Affordable\nHousing Trust (Planning)\nRecommendation:\n• Adopt Resolution No. 9856 –approving the City execution of the Joint\nExercise of Powers Agreement relating to membership in the\nGateway Cities Affordable Housing Trust; and\n• Authorize the Mayor or designee to execute the Gateway Cities\n4\nAffordable Housing Trust Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Agreement\nupon final approval of the language of the JPA by the City Attorney.
