L.\n\nFirst Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Knorr Systems Int’l for\nPurchase & Delivery of Swimming Pool Chemicals The City Council will consider\napproving a one-year extension to the agreement with Knorr Systems Int’l, for an\namount not-to-exceed $87,000 beginning July 1, 2025. The Knorr Systems Int’l\nCompany is the current vendor for the purchase and delivery of swimming pool\nchemicals at Rosemead Park and Splash Zone at Garvey Park.\n\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the first amendment of a proposed\none-year extension agreement with Knorr Systems Int’l. from July 1, 2025, to June 30,\n2026, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.\nStaff Report
