M.\nAnnual Crossing Guard Cost Sharing Agreements with Rosemead and Garvey\nSchool Districts On June 27, 2023, City Council approved an award of contract to\nAll City Management Services, Inc. for a three-year Agreement. The proposed\nAgreements with Rosemead and Garvey School Districts are for cost sharing\n(one-half between the City and each District) for crossing guard services. The\ntotal cost for providing crossing guard services for both school districts is\napproximately $332,539.20. Rosemead School District’s portion is approximately\n$72,742.95 and Garvey School District’s portion is approximately $93,526.65. The\nCity’s portion is approximately $166,269.60 and is included in the City’s proposed\nFY 2025-26 Budget.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncost sharing agreements with Rosemead and Garvey School Districts for Fiscal Year\n2025-26 crossing guard services.\nStaff Report
