Across the Board Adjustments for all Employees and other Adjustments\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve Resolution No. 2025-\nestablishing employee salaries and implementingon July 1, 2025 a 5% across- the- board\nadjustment for all employees and before July 1, 2026, the City Council shall consider\nwhether to implement another cost of living increase for all employees for the 2026/2027\nFiscal Year, and such increase, if any, will depend on the potential budget impact from\nthe State on local agencies and an evaluation of the Consumer Price Index for 2026.
