3.3\nApprove the Agreement with\nTransportation Billing Services.\nWittman\nEnterprises,\nLLC\nfor\nAmbulance\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve an agreement with Wittman Enterprises, LLC. for ambulance transportation\nbilling services for Fiscal Year 2025-2032, for a seven-year term, at a rate of 3.75%\nof net collections; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
