5.5\nAward of Contract for Animal Shelter Services.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve a contract with Westminster Adoption Group and Services (WAGS) for\nAnimal Shelter Services for Fiscal Years 2025-2030, a five-year term, in the amount\nof $4,757,485 over five years; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
