5.1\nApproval of Agreement with Interval House for FY 2025-2027 HOME Tenant-Based\nRental Assistance Program.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve agreement in the amount of $580,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships\nProgram (HOME) and Westminster Housing Authority (WHA) Administration funds\nto Interval House to administer the City’s HOME TBRA Program for FY 2025/2026\nthrough FY 2026/2027; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Subrecipient Agreement and any\nnecessary implementing documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
