5.2\nAward of Maintenance/Service Agreement for Well Pump Maintenance and Repair at\nVarious Locations for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the award of an annual renewable unit-priced maintenance service\nagreement to General Pump Company, Inc. in the yearly amount of $250,000, for a\none-year term with four one-year renewal options; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future renewals on behalf\nof the City.
