Approve Amendment No. 1 to the existing Engineering Design Services Contract\nfor HVAC and Roof Replacement Project at the City Hall, Council Chambers,\nCommunity Services, and Senior Center Buildings (2024-005) with Pickard\nArchitects in the amount of $36,600; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement on the City’s behalf in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
