3.5\nAward of Contract for Citation Processing and Collections.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve a contract with Turbo Data Systems, Inc (TDA) for citation processing and\ncollection services for Fiscal Years 2025-2028, for a three-year term in the total\namount of $300,000 over three years, with two optional one-year renewals at\n$100,000 each; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and\nC.
