5.3\nAward of Contract for Ambulance Transport Services.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve a contract with Emergency Ambulance Services (EAS) for Basic Life\nSupport (BLS) Ambulance Transportation Services for Fiscal Year 2025-2030, for a\nfive-year term in the amount of $8,311,461.91 over five years, and with two optional\none-year renewals; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and\nC.
