5.9 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH\nDUDEK AND INTERWEST CONSULTING GROUP, INC., FOR ON-CALL CIVIL\nENGINEERING\nCONSTRUCTION\nMANAGEMENT\nAND\nINSPECTION\nCONSULTING SERVICES (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1)\nApprove a proposed Professional Services Agreement with Dudek for\nOn-Call Civil Engineering Construction Management and Inspection\nConsulting Services for an initial three-year term in the maximum,\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $125,000; and\n2)\nApprove a proposed Professional Services Agreement with Interwest\nConsulting Group, Inc. (Interwest), for On-Call Civil Engineering\nConstruction Management and Inspection Consulting Services for an\ninitial three-year term in the maximum, not-to-exceed contract\namount of $125,000; and\n3)\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Professional Services\nAgreements with Dudek and Interwest.\nItem No. 5.9
