5.8 APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH ARDURRA GROUP, INC. FOR TRAFFIC ENGINEERING\nCONSULTING SERVICES (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1)\nApprove a proposed On-Call Professional Services Agreement with\nArdurra Group, Inc.
