19.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3999 WITH MARK THOMAS FOR ON-CALL\nARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3999 between the City of Montebello and Mark Thomas\nfor a One (1) Year Extension; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
