24.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4105 WITH KAT CONSULTING SERVICES LLC, TO\nPROVIDE FEDERAL GRANT WRITING AND CONSULTING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 4105 with KAT Consulting Services LLC (KAT Consulting),\nfor an additional one-year (1-year) term and increase the total not-to-exceed amount from $49,900 to\n$69,400, to provide federal grant writing and consulting services for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City of Montebello (City); and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
